Dr. Gunduz will serve as President Elect for UF Association for Academic Women
Dr. Gunduz was elected President for the UF Association for Academic Women for the 2017-18 Academic Year. She will serve as President Elect starting June 1, 2016.
The UF Association for Academic Women, now in its 41st year, strives to be a networking and informational platform for women in faculty, administrative and professional roles on campus. The Association for Academic Women also strives to empower women to promote the success of their careers at all stages. The pioneers of the University of Florida’s Association for Academic Women were instrumental in establishing the same opportunities for tenure, promotion and advancement to leadership roles for women at the University of Florida that their male colleagues enjoyed.
